ph2win Terms & Conditions

ph2win is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory guidelines and applicable Philippine law. The platform offers live casino games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and other gaming products to eligible players residing in the Philippines.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between ph2win and each registered user of the platform. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

ph2win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

In addition to the age requirement, to register and use ph2win you must:

• Be a natural person residing in the Republic of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of ph2win or its affiliated service providers.
• Not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register or any other applicable gambling self-exclusion program.
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or placing wagers on the platform.

ph2win reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or termination.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) ph2win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, mobile number, and date of birth. ph2win is required to verify this information as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2win username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. ph2win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph2win immediately via the support channels if you believe your account has been compromised.

ph2win conducts identity verification in compliance with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR requirements. First-time withdrawals require successful KYC verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID) and proof of payment method. ph2win reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

ph2win currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100.00), unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. ph2win does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ph2win bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements (where applicable), and completion of any applicable security review. ph2win aims to process approved GCash and Maya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

ph2win is obligated under Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, as amended) and related PAGCOR requirements to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. ph2win may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

ph2win offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and a tiered loyalty program to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be specified in the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom.

ph2win reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, hedging strategies specifically designed to reduce wagering risk on bonus funds, collusion between players, and/or use of automated betting tools.

• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Loyalty points accumulate automatically based on qualifying wagers and may be redeemed in accordance with the loyalty program terms.
• Loyalty tier benefits are reviewed monthly and may be adjusted based on qualifying activity during the preceding period.

Each game available on the ph2win platform is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the relevant game rules.

Slot games and other non-live games on ph2win use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments — outcomes are determined by physical actions (card draws, wheel spins, dice shakes) and are not generated by software algorithms.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault that results in an incomplete game round, ph2win will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where this is not technically possible, the wager placed on the affected round will be refunded to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. ph2win's determination in this regard shall be final.

ph2win may impose maximum winning limits per session, per day, or per specific game or promotion. Where applicable, these limits will be displayed within the relevant game or promotion interface. ph2win reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings in excess of published limits pending review and approval.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown bugs are void and will be confiscated.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law and doing so constitutes a legal offense.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph2win platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph2win content without prior written authorization.

The ph2win name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of ph2win. Unauthorized use of any ph2win trademark, whether in commerce, on social media, or in connection with any goods or services, is strictly prohibited.

The ph2win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph2win disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ph2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph2win platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

ph2win does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances beyond ph2win's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or acts of regulatory authorities) may result in service interruptions for which ph2win shall not be held liable.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, ph2win's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

ph2win collects, stores, uses, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the ph2win platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ph2win will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or as necessary to investigate suspected violations of this Agreement.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the ph2win account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting ph2win customer support. ph2win will process any remaining eligible balance upon successful verification of your identity and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

ph2win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Violation of any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering or other financial crimes as defined under Philippine AML legislation.
• Breach of PAGCOR regulatory requirements applicable to the player.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.

Upon termination for cause, ph2win reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including any bonus credits and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ph2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — ph2win will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

The most current version of this Agreement will always be available at ph2win.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Agreement was most recently revised. Your continued use of the ph2win platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to any material change in the Agreement, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 prior to the effective date of the amendment.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the ph2win platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter.

For disputes arising from or relating to ph2win's compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, players may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official channels. ph2win will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit ph2win's right to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of this Agreement.
